Larry W. Ragon, 72, of Gladewater passed away May 19, 2022 in Longview surrounded by his family. He was born August 23, 1949 in Marshall to Hugh Aubrey Ragon, Jr. and Dessie Faye Blalock Ragon. Mr. Ragon served his Country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He loved caring for his family and especially his grandchildren. He was a collector Hot Wheels Cars and liked to work word search puzzles.
He is survived by his sons: Jeff Ragon, Sr. and his wife Lisa, and Scott Ragon; daughters: Nichole Ragon and Casey DeLange and her husand Kevin; grandchildren: Jeff Ragon, Jr, James Ragon, Hailey Ragon, Lilly Ragon, Dustin Daugherty, Dylan Walls, Kendall DeLange, Shelby DeLange, Kaden DeLange; great grandchildren: Chloe Ragon and Tidus Ragon; as well as a number of extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother: Aubrey Ragon; sister: Glenda Ragon; and wife Barbara Ragon.
Graveside services to celebrate his life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the Center Cemetery in Harleton, TX with Bro. James Shepard officiating. Arrangements are by Sullivan Funeral Home, Marshall, TX.
