Kathy Looney Moseley, 60, of Marshall, TX passed from this life November 17, 2019 in Tyler, TX. Kathy was born May 25, 1959 in Wagner, OK to Jim Ed Looney and Willie Bell Morris Looney.

Throughout her life, Kathy had an interest in plants and really developed a love for plants, flowers and trees. If you were to go through her house and yard you would understand, just how much that she loved to grow them all. Kathy was slow to speak and quick to listen, and made herself available to those that needed someone to listen to their problems.

She is survived by her husband Wade of Marshall; daughter: Amanda Barton and her husband Ted of Austin; son: Wesley Moseley of Marshall; daughter: Erica Moseley of Dickenson, TX; son: Jason Moseley and his wife Christina of Marshall; grandchildren: Zachary Barton of Longview, Ashton Barton of Longview, Eian Bailey of Dickenson, Rose Moseley of Marshall, and Khaleesi Roque of Dickenson; sister: Billie Lynn Mobeley of Marshall; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Kathy is preceded in death by her parents.

A time of visitation with Kathy’s family is scheduled from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Sullivan Funeral Home, 100 East Travis Street, Marshall, TX with a celebration of Kathy’s life starting at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Little Chapel by the Lake at Colonial Gardens Cemetery with Dr. David Snow officiating. Interment will follow at Colonial Gardens Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
