A Time To Be Born.....
Edward Lawrence Cox was born June 2, 1956 to Johnny L. Cox and Nora Dean Archer Marshall, Texas

He was Fraternal and Maternal....He was a meek man... He was God fearing man...He loved Jesus Christ!!!!. He loved his family dearly.They would not go without. He treated everyone with diginity. He was sure of himself. He was a humble and spirited man. He would not meet a stranger. He was trying to get us to see as the song says" I'm Just a nobody trying to tell everybody about somebody that can save everybody". As in Acts 26:16. It says Now get to your feet; For I have appeared to you to appoint you as my Servant and Witness. Tell people that you have seen me, and tell them what I will show them in the future.

A Time of Education....
He was well educated Soldier. He began his elementary education with J.H. Moore and went on to Marshall Senior High. Then he challenged himself at Wiley College with many degrees. Smart as the ole folks would say" Smart as a Whip".

A Time to Return To Heaven....
On Sunday morning July 15,2018 Edward Lawrence Cox "Tweetie", Edwina" went to sleep. His heavenly home he gained. He was preceded in death his grandparents Clint and Novella Allen.Also his brother Willie Ray Archer, sister Shirley Jean Broadnax. His lovely mother Nora Dean Archer and his nephew Terrell Dillard.

A Time to Cherish His Memories... his loving siblings Jerry Lewis(Linda), Sheril Loraine(Perry) and Lillie Diane(Harold) Kuykendall,Patricia Archer Sis N Law and Tammy Gooch. Nephews Byron Jr, Perry Jr, Brian,Big Jerry, Zelton and Willie Jr. Nieces Stacy, Shalonda and Briana. Cousin Athena Brown Sacremento California. His dearest friends Lonnie, Scott, West,CR, Jennifer, Christina and Jeremy.
The visitation will be Friday, July 20, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Texas and Louisiana Baptist Association Building. Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Texas and Louisiana Baptist Association Building. Burial will follow at Algoma South Cemetery.
